Why Is Chivalry Necessary?

Everyone says that chivalry is lost. I see lack of it everywhere. It makes me sick when I think about it. I often wonder if I truly understand what chivalry is and why it's important. Then I think about todays world: women no longer have respect for themselves or thier bodies. I recently watched a video in which a teenage girl said she was asked to send a boy a nude photo of herself. She acted like it was a normal thing to send a guy a picture of her for him to drool over. She said she wasn't comfortable with her body but would be willing to send a picture with minamal clothing. I felt sick. There was a time when having such a request may have hurt. She doesn't value her body enough to keep it private. That guy loves her body, not her. Even as I type this, I feel sick. Men have no respect for a womans body, so women don't respect them either.[God to the woman] "Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you." Genesis 4:16c. Men, let's start ruling with chivalry.

Internet go bye-bye.

What would you do if the internet suddenly went caput. If your not sure you'd servive, you should start getting away from the internet for a while. You can start with just a little bit at a time and gradually use it less and less.

I could survive easily. Most of my "online life" is for school. I have an advantage and disadvantage because of this.
Advantage: If the internet is suddenly destroyed I will easily get over it.
Disadvantage: I am not skilled at comuter use, and fail at computer games and other things.

Sword vs. Gun

Sword:
A sword is an elegant weapon, precise and direct. It is the weapon of warriors. It requires skill, and strength. It can be used for offence and defence. All throughout history, the sword has been used. It is still used in many favorite stories, shows, and games. It is even used in stories of the future (e.g. Halo). The sword has left a legacy of might, strength, honor, chivlary, and much more. Even today, the sword is seen as a majestic weapon.

Gun:
The gun is much easier to use: you point it at the target and pull the trigger. Depending on the kind of gun, it may do more damage than a sword. Guns are also easier than swords to obtain. The defence of a gun is that it can be fired from a long distance and still do as much damage as it would were it a few feet away from the target. Ambushes are easier with guns, for one doesn't need to come out of his hiding spot to attack.

My Most frustrating day!

Yesterday was a snow day. I thought today was a B-day, but it is, in fact, an A-day. I did not complete any of my A-day homework or bring the correct supplies.  >:-( Angry face.

Yesterday was fun, though. I got to be lazy. But snow? Now? I thought we finally had spring! Curse Minnesota weather.
